BATTLE GROUND — Hallways lined with donated food and other items were a common sight at schools all around Battle Ground Public Schools.
Pleasant Valley middle and primary schools combined their donation drive, bringing in more than 20,000 cans and boxes of food over eight days, as well as 1,100 pairs of socks. Eight families in need received gifts for the holidays.
