RIDGEFIELD — South Ridge Elementary School teachers Chelsea Tipton and Jennifer Stinson worked together to host an end-of-year carnival that featured games designed, tested and built by students to promote learning about STEM subjects.
Students designed and researched their own carnival games, including concepts like rolling, spinning, throwing and pushing to achieve motion for objects like beanbags, balls and marshmallows.
